Daniel A. Rosinski sold a four-bed, 3.5-bath home at 69 Chowning Drive in Fox Hill/ Hallwood to Jayson Mickle for $730,000 on Oct. 3.

The 3,900-square-foot house was built in 1983.

Mr. Rosinski is the president of Bowditch Ford Inc., a car dealership in Newport News that offers new and pre-owned vehicles. The company also offers financing solutions and they provide accessories installation maintenance services, vehicle modification, and parts supply, among others.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 109 home sales in Fox Hill/ Hallwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $170,000.
