Darla J. Hurlock and Smith Lyle S. Hurlock sold a three-bedroom, one-bath home at 68 Glenhaven Drive in Fox Hill/Hallwood to Theodore R. Diggs III for $124,900 on Nov. 21.

The 1,009-square-foot house was built in 1961.

Darla Hurlock works as a contract specialist at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Prior to that, she was the department's lead purchasing agent.

Darla Hurlock attended Strayer University, and Thomas Nelson Community College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 109 home sales in Fox Hill/Hallwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $170,000.
