University emergency coordinator scores Big Bethel 3BD
Tammy L. Waldroup bought a three-bed, one-bath home at 1811 Broadstreet Road in Big Bethel/Riverdale from James F. Huff for $165,000 on Nov. 16.

Waldroup has been an emergency management coordinator at the University of Richmond. Aside from that, she has been a consultant at Yale New Haven Center for Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Response. In addition to those, she has been an adjunct instructor at Virginia Department of Emergency Management. She has been a member of Emergency Management Professionals, Master Exercise Practitioners, and Emergency Management and Homeland Security Professionals, among others.
She received a Bachelor's in management and leadership from Bluefield College and a Master's in leadership and management from Liberty University.
