Cynthia P. Woolwine and David F. Woolwine Jr. bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 2 Hollow Creek Court in Sinclair Farms/Sherwood Park from Richard P. Schwing and Mary T. Schwing for $180,000 on Dec. 29.

David Woolwine is the vice president of learning and organizational development at Sentara Healthcare, a nonprofit health care organization based in Norfolk, Va. The company operates acute care hospitals, outpatient care campuses, emergency facilities, and fitness centers, among others.
