Former bank manager settles in Big Bethel/Riverdale 4BD

Andrew I. Heidelberg and Luressa F. Heidelberg bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 82 Tide Mill Lane in Big Bethel/Riverdale from Agnes T. Gatling for $175,750 on Dec. 13.

The 1,717-square-foot house was built in 1969.

Andrew Heidelberg was the assistant treasurer and chief deputy treasurer of the City of Hampton. He also worked as vice president and corporate manager at Barclays Bank of New York and Banco de Ponce-New York. He also founded Heidelberg, Clary & Associates Inc.

He holds a B.S. in interdisciplinary studies at Norfolk State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 148 home sales in Big Bethel/Riverdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $179,450.
