Retired railroad exec sells 3BD in Fox Hill/ Hallwood

Mark R. MacMahon and Beverly H. MacMahon sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 23 Bay Front Place in Fox Hill/ Hallwood to Richard D. Beam and Elizabeth S. Beam for $592,500 on March 13.

The 3,217-square-foot house was built in 1997.

Mark MacMahon is a retired vice president of labor relations at Norfolk Southern Railway Co. He served in the railroad industry for 32 years. He joined the company in 1975 as a management trainee. He also held various positions in operations, human resources and labor relations before being named vice president labor relations in 2000.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 132 home sales in Fox Hill/ Hallwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $175,000.
