Math professor relists Chesapeake Heights 3BD

Frank P. Kozusko and Christine S. Kozusko relisted a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 14 Thimble Shoals Court in Chesapeake Heights for $325,000.

The Kozuskos previously listed the property for the same price with Sondra Deibler of Prudential Towne Realty as the listing agent. Andrea Pokorny of Prudential Towne Realty is the current listing agent. The 1,530-square-foot house was built in 1980.

Frank Kozusko is an associate professor of mathematics at Hampton University. He is a retired U.S. Navy nuclear submarine officer. He also served as an outreach science adviser to the CALIPSO Program.

He holds a Ph.D. in applied mathematics from Old Dominion University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 48 home sales in Chesapeake Heights during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $119,900.
