Michelle L. Walla sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 13 Lake Superior Court in Hampton to Joseph B. Balskus and Logan W. Balskus for $238,000 on Aug. 9.

The 2,279-square-foot house was built in 1991 in East Hampton/Hilland Park.

Walla is vice president of the department of defense operations at Insignia Tech Services, an information technology provider to the department of defense, academic and commercial sectors. She previously served as vice president of army and DISA operations at General Dynamics Information Technology.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,799 home sales in Hampton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $138,006.
