Dr. Deidra B. Barnes Flanary and Ida W. Flanary sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 2021 N. Armistead Ave. in Hampton to Anthony Horne and Elizabeth Horne for $180,000 on Aug. 27.

The 1,891-square-foot house was built in 1951 in Big Bethel/Riverdale.

Dr. Deidra Flanary is a periodontist based in Portsmouth.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,762 home sales in Hampton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $137,642.
