Caribbean 1500 start delayed for third time
Tropical Storm Sean has forced another delay to the start of the Caribbean 1500.
The largest and longest-running sailboat cruising rally in North America will now begin at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 11. It's the third time this week the start of the rally has been delayed.
The forecasts predict that conditions will improve for the start of the event Friday.
