Man sought in robbery at Hampton business
The Hampton Police Division is asking the public for help in finding a man who robbed the Heaven & Earth store Thursday, Jan. 19.
At 7:47 p.m., a man armed with a knife inside the store in the 1800 block of Todds Lane demanded money from an employee, according to the press release. The robber received an undisclosed amount of cash and ran out of the store.
The robber was white, 35 to 40 years old, 5-foot-6, 180 pounds with red hair and blue eyes. He wore blue jeans and a black puffy jacket.
Anyone with information about the robbery should call the Hampton Police Division at 757-727-6111 or the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP. Crime Line callers remain anonymous and won’t appear in court. If a Crime Line call results in an arrest, the caller can receive a reward of up to $1,000.00.
