Hampton Police investigates armed robbery at Hardee's
The Hampton Police Division is investigating the armed robbery of a fast food restaurant on Monday night.
According to police, at 8:14 p.m. on Monday, two masked men entered the Hardee’s in the 200 block of South Mallory Street, brandishing guns and demanding money. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, the men fled the scene on foot. They were last seen running toward Downes Street, a report said.
The suspects were described as two black males. The first was between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-8 and weighed between 150 and 165 pounds. He was wearing a blue winter jacket with a hood, blue jeans, black shoes and black gloves. A scarf was covering his face.
The second suspect was 6-foot to 6-foot-2 with a slim build. He was wearing a blue, puffy, knee-length coat, black gloves and a black mask. Both men were armed.
