Thomas Nelson Community College presents health care customer service training series
Thomas Nelson Community College Workforce Development will offer a five-session series to help health care facilities improve customer service.
The five course topics include "Reaching for Stellar Service," "Caring for Customers," "Valuing Differences," "Teaming up for Seamless Service" and "Service Plus Health Care: Building Patient Loyalty."
Courses will be offered from 1-5 p.m. Mondays from March 26 through April 23. Wednesday morning courses will also be offered from 8 a.m. to noon from March 28 through April 25.
All courses will be held at the TNCC Discovery Center for Economic and Workforce Development, located at 5308 Discovery Blvd., Suite 102, in Williamsburg. The cost for five sessions is $100.
