Hampton History Museum to open Civil War exhibit
The Hampton History Museum, 120 Old Hampton Lane, Hampton, opens a Civil War exhibit on Saturday, Feb. 25.
The exhibit is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 1-5 p.m. on Sundays.
The exhibit features original objects, interactive media and state-of-the-art technology that let visitors see, touch and hear the personal experiences of the free and enslaved men, women and children of war-time Virginia, according to the press release.
Adults admission is $5. Veterans and seniors receive a $1 discount. Children under 4 years old are free.
