The Peninsula Fine Arts Center wants college art for its juried exhibition.
The Genesis 2012 show is looking for artistic entries from fulltime and parttime students from area universities. Students may enter up to two original artworks by the April 1 deadline.
More than $1,500 in prizes are awarded annually at the Genesis show, including a $500 Best in Show prize.
Jurors Michael Preble and Nancy Kinzinger will choose winners, to be announced during the exhibition's reception April 15.
The show runs from April 7 to April 29.
The Peninsula Fine Arts Center is in Mariners' Museum Park, 101 Museum Drive, Newport News.
