Forrest Elementary School wins the Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield’s school challenge

Forrest Elementary School has been named the winner of Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield’s Get Active, Get Fit School Challenge. 

The Get Active, Get Fit School Challenge was created to motivate kids and families to get fit through participation in fun activities. Forrest Elementary had the highest percentage of participation in the program out of 30 Virginia schools. 

Forrest Elementary students were rewarded with a Disney Dance Party, hosted by Radio Disney AM 1290, which took place Wednesday, March 14.

Forrest Elementary is at 1406 Todds Lane in Hampton.
