The City of Hampton Police Division reported the following in incidents on March 31:

- Drug/narcotic violations in the 1300 block of Thomas Street

- Domestic assault in the 1600 block of Armistead Avenue

- Drug/narcotic violations at East Mercury Boulevard and Andrews Boulevard

- Domestic assault in the 2000 block of Whitman Place

- Domestic assault in the 100 block of Doolittle Road

- Abduction/kidnapping, domestic assault in the 200 block of Newport News Avenue

- Larceny of salvageable metal in the 500 block of Wine Street

- Drug/narcotic violations in the 4200 block of Victoria Boulevard

- Larceny of salvageable metal in the 300 block of Cabot Drive

- Robbery of a person in the 1100 block of West Mercury Boulevard

- Larceny from a motor vehicle in the 300 block of Congress Avenue

- Larceny from a building in the 2000 block of Nickerson Boulevard

- Drug/narcotic violations at Andrews Boulevard and Zinzer Road

- Motor vehicle theft in the 1400 block of Morgan Drive

- Domestic assault in the unit block of Samantha Court

- Shoplifting in the 200 block of West Mercury Boulevard

- Drug/narcotic violations in the 1700 block of North King Street

- Domestic assault in the 2200 block of Shell Road

- Shoplifting in the 200 block of Fox Hill Road

- Robbery of a person in the unit block of Lakeshore Drive
