Kecoughtan boys tennis falls to Heritage
Kecoughtan's boys tennis team fell 8-1 to Heritage on Thursday, April 19.
Kenneth McLarney earned the only win for Kecoughtan, defeating Lamount Livingston 6-3, 1-6, 10-8 in their No. 6 singles match.
Eric Dumas fell 6-1, 6-2 to Darnell Wilkins at No. 1 singles and Joel Landon lost 6-3, 6-2 to Jahad Mills at No. 2 singles.
Kaseem Orr was beaten 7-5, 6-1 by Jonathan Holloway at third singles and Trever Johnson was blanked 6-0, 6-0 by Lorenzo Judkins at No. 4 singles.
Hayden Smith lost 6-2, 6-4 to Antonio Shinnery in their fifth singles match.
Dumas and Johnson lost 8-0 to Wilkens and Mills at No. 1 doubles and Landon and Orr fell 9-7 to Judkins and Shinnery at No. 2 doubles. Smith and McLarney were beaten 8-2 by Holloway and Livingston at No. 3 doubles.
