Health Care Reform symposium to take place Aug. 9
The Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board of Directors will host a Health Care Reform symposium in Hampton Thursday, August 9.
The symposium will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Embassy Suites Hotel, located at 1700 Coliseum Drive. The event will provide information to key stakeholders and providers on the impact of the Affordable Health Care Act.
The guest speakers for the event will be Ron Manderscheid, executive director of the National Association of County Behavioral Health and Developmental Disability Directors; Deborah Oswalt, executive director of the Virginia Health Care Foundation; and Mary Ann Bergeron, executive director of the Virginia Association of Community Services Boards.
